Support is available for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, the impacts of childhood trauma, life transitions, or personal growth and self-development. I am particularly passionate about supporting women through emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and periods of change, while welcoming anyone seeking a safe and compassionate counselling space.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I am able to offer Medicare rebates for eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and GP referral.

  • I work collaboratively with a group of like-minded mental health practitioners at Pivot Counselling. From our centrally located rooms on Angas Street in Adelaide, we are dedicated to helping you create positive and lasting change in your mental health.

    With over 20 years’ experience as a Social Worker, I bring a depth of knowledge and a compassionate, grounded approach to my work. I currently work as a Mental Health Clinician at Headspace, supporting young people and their families with their mental wellbeing. I do this alongside my role at Pivot, where I offer private counselling services.

  • As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I am able to provide Medicare rebates through the Better Access Initiative (GP referral required)

    Hourly session fees are as follows:
    • $110 per session with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan
    • $180 per session for self-referred clients

Free one-hour parking is available directly outside the counselling rooms, with ticketed parking located across the road. The rooms are also just a short walk from nearby bus and tram stops.
